Payment Policy Disclosure Agreement

Thank you for choosing Pose Party Rentals for your event needs. Please review the following payment policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free booking process.

Reservation and Payment Terms

1. Booking Deposit:

- To secure your event booking, a deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your reservation and is essential for us to prepare for your event.

2. Remaining Balance:

- The remaining 50% of the service fee is due during the setup hour prior to the commencement of the event. Payment must be completed before any services are rendered.

Travel Fee Policy

1. Travel Fee Applicability:

- Events located 65 miles or more from Portland, Oregon are subject to a travel fee of up to $200. The exact amount of the travel fee will vary based on the distance from Portland, Oregon to the event location. Travel fees are collected at the same time as the remaining 50% of service fees are collected during the setup hour prior to the commencement of the event.

2. Travel Fee Calculation:

- The travel fee will be calculated and communicated to you upon inquiry. This fee is necessary to cover the additional time and expenses incurred for travel.

Distances beyond 65 miles and up to 125 miles from Portland = $100 travel fee

Distances beyond 125 miles and up to 185 miles from Portland = $200 travel fee

Distances beyond 185 miles and up to 225 miles from Portland = $300 travel fee

Bookings that are at distances beyond 125 miles must be discussed with us to confirm our availability prior to booking.

Payment Methods

- We accept the following methods of payment: [Square, PayPal, and cash].

- All payments should be made payable to Pose Party Rentals.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Booking Deposit:

- The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable if booking is canceled less than two weeks prior to the booked event date. This policy is in place to cover the preparation and opportunity costs associated with reserving your event.

2. Event Cancellation:

- If you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible. The booking deposit is refundable up until two weeks till the booked event date. If we are notified of the cancellation prior to two weeks time, the deposit may be refunded in full.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By booking an event with Pose Party Rentals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this payment policy disclosure agreement. This agreement is binding upon you and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon, United States of America.
